I'm Well
We work collaboratively with you as part of your team to help you reach your health and wellness goals. There are many factors within our daily lives that impact our health. We focus on a holistic approach to wellness by offering coaching services that touch on different aspects of daily life.
What to expect when working with us
Each new I’m Well client receives a one-on-one session with a Well Balance team member so that we can learn about who you are, what motivates you, and how we can best serve you. We also want to understand your history (medical and diet), current habits and behaviors, and your nutrition goals and expectations. By the end of the session, we will have identified which goals are your priorities and created some action steps to get you started toward achieving your success milestones.
Sessions will be focused on goals identified in the initial assessment, but can also include topics or obstacles for success that came up since the last session. We recommend a session every other week to start so we can keep up the momentum and be present for you when you need us.
Coaching
Our coaching strategy is based on the idea that what each person needs to be well is different, your recipe for personal wellness should be as unique as your fingerprint. We work with you to help you identify the goals that are most important to you, develop an action plan based on your own measure of success, and devise a plan for implementation with methods that make the most sense for you.

nutrition
Our nutrition philosophy is one of a non-diet approach. We believe there is no one diet that works for everyone. It’s important to discover what types of foods make you feel good, energized, and satisfied. We focus on learning and trusting your inner cues for hunger and fullness and creating a relationship with food that celebrates its ability to nourish and spark joy.
Coaching Specialties Include

- Cook-along classes are also available
Preventive Medicine
In addition to tailoring our coaching and nutrition services to your personal goals, we include principles of preventive medicine that will enable maintenance of your habits and assist in prevention of lifestyle based medical conditions. We will consider your current and past medical conditions, family medical history, and health habits to recommend and implement preventive medicine techniques to improve your overall health.
Preventive medicine services can include
- Biometric screenings
- Home and work ergonomics assessments
- Referrals to other health and wellness resources
